Sync the master draft to platforms with the extension. Start with How do I sync one master draft to many platforms?. Install: How do I install the Dianwu Chrome extension?. Weixin, Toutiao, Eastmoney, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin each have a page.

  1. How do I sync one master draft to many platforms?

Use multi-platform sync on the article page. Logged-in sites go through the Dianwu Chrome extension, drafts first. The sync log follows the article family; you can import extension history.

  2. How do I sync to Weixin? Do I need the extension?

The Weixin admin needs your login. The Dianwu Chrome extension writes a draft; you confirm and send. The cloud will not open Weixin for you.

  3. Are paid media and ads included in the plan?

No. The plan covers writing, renders, syncing your accounts, and rank checks. Publisher placements are priced per piece. Ad spend goes to Baidu, Google, Douyin, or Kuaishou; Dianwu takes a service fee.

  4. How do I sync to Toutiao? Do I need the extension?

The Toutiao admin needs your login. The Dianwu extension writes a draft; you confirm. The cloud will not open Toutiao.

  5. How do I sync to Eastmoney, and why does it stay on syncing?

Eastmoney runs through the Dianwu extension and prefers the draft box. If the extension already succeeded, import history on the master draft instead of sending again.

  6. How do I install the Dianwu Chrome extension? Can I post WeChat without it?

Sync and most platform drafts need the local Chrome extension. Download the zip in Settings, load the unpacked folder in developer mode. The cloud does not log into those sites for you.

  7. How do Xiaohongshu and Douyin sync? Same as WeChat?

Image posts go through the local Chrome extension as drafts. You publish in the platform console. Douyin image posts need the extension. Fields differ; do not assume one Dianwu draft appears identically in every app.

  8. How do I bind publish accounts? Can I sync without binding?

Accounts shows draft login per site. Install the Chrome extension, open each console, then “check all drafts.” Without the extension and a logged-in console, cloud sync cannot write those drafts.

  9. Sync failed or stuck on “syncing”—what do I do?

Read the article sync log first: waiting, syncing, in drafts, waiting for you to publish, published, success, failed. After about three minutes with no progress, import extension history. Do not retry a success.
