How do I sync one master draft to many platforms?
AnswerWhen the master draft is ready, pick platforms on the article page and sync once. Sites that need a logged-in console—Weixin, Toutiao, Eastmoney—run through the Dianwu extension on your machine, usually as a draft you confirm. Dianwu does not open those consoles in the cloud. Repeated successes on the same topic stay in the sync log; the last one is not the only one kept.
Start from the master draft
Write one piece in the writer, then open copy. Platform variants may change tone and title; the claim should stay the same. Factory topics: How do I turn a topic into a publishable master draft?.
Click multi-platform sync and tick accounts. If the extension is missing, load it and sign into each site. The entry is in settings. Weixin alone is How do I sync to Weixin?.
The log and “syncing”
The article sync log is the same job list as the master page. If the extension already succeeded and the page still spins, import extension history. Eastmoney-style backends often already saved a draft.
Same-topic masters (titles close enough) fold into one family so you can see how many syncs ran. After shipping, check rank. What Dianwu is: What is Dianwu?.
Do this
- Edit the master draft until it can ship, then open copy.
- Load the Dianwu extension locally and sign into each target site.
- Run multi-platform sync, open draft links, then publish on the site if you accept them.
- If a row stays spinning, import extension history before you retry.
Short answers
- Why not publish from the server?
- Most platforms need your login. The extension works in your browser. The cloud will not open those windows.
- If it fails, will it post twice?
- Import history first. Do not retry a platform that already succeeded. Retry only what still failed.
