Yes. The free plan writes articles and includes no video seconds. Starter adds render time. The same piece can become a podcast or a cut later.
How do I pay for a plan or wallet—is it Stripe?
Plans and wallet top-ups go through Stripe. Start free. Starter through Agency are monthly or yearly in USD. Placement and ads are separate orders.
How do you run a rank check—from question to result?
In Dianwu Mentions, enter brand terms and questions, pick engines, and see whether answers name you. Wired engines can ask automatically; others still accept paste.
How do you get cited in AI answers? Is on-site docs enough?
GEO needs citable public claims: put hard facts on public pages, ship the same claims to your accounts, then re-check the same questions in Mentions.
After I publish, how do I re-check the same question?
Mention rank must reuse the original user question. Changing the wording starts a new series. Re-check after you ship to see whether models start citing you.
What is a Dianwu workspace? Do I have to sign in?
A workspace is the boundary for corpus, topics, articles, and quota. The workbench requires sign-in. Public /answers pages do not.
How are workspace seats counted?
Public plans: Free, Starter, and Pro are 1 seat each; Team 5, Scale 15, Agency 50; Enterprise is by agreement. Seats follow the plan, not a separate desk SKU.
How are mention-check runs billed after the plan quota?
Included runs: Free 5, Starter 12, Pro 40, Team 120, Scale 400, Agency 2000. Overage is $0.042 per run from the wallet. How to click through is a different page.
What does wallet balance pay for—and does plan quota spend it?
Balance lives on Plans. Included images, rank checks, and video seconds do not debit the wallet. After that: images $0.167, rank $0.042, video $0.071/s. Dubbing over the weekly free pool also debits it. Packs are on Plans → top-up.
How do I add people to a workspace when seats run out?
Settings shows the current workspace id. There is no public invite button or member list. Seat caps live on the plan: Free through Pro 1, Team 5, Scale 15, Agency 50, Enterprise custom.
