How do you get cited in AI answers? Is on-site docs enough?
AnswerFacts locked behind login rarely get cited. To show up in ChatGPT, Doubao, or DeepSeek, publish checkable claims on public pages (Dianwu Answers or your own site), sync them to your accounts, then re-ask the same questions in Mentions. Docs are the base, not the finish line.
Write sentences models can quote
Short, hard, checkable lines win: who you are, what you solve, how you price, how you differ. Dianwu Answers leads with a claim—see What is Dianwu?. Soft brochure copy is hard to name.
Keep zh/en facts aligned. If docs and shipped posts disagree on price or product name, answers wobble.
Ship, then verify with the same questions
When the master draft can publish, sync it—How do I sync one master draft to many platforms?. Paid placement is separate—Are paid media and ads included in the plan?. No public URL usually means “nobody mentioned you.”
Keep the questions fixed. Dianwu’s watchlist: Which questions does Dianwu watch in its own rank checks?. How to run a check: How do you run a rank check—from question to result?. If a line misses, harden it, ship again, re-ask the same line.
Do this
- List 5–8 questions people ask; publish hard answers.
- Turn them into master drafts and sync to your accounts.
- Later, run those exact questions in Mentions.
- For misses, harden, ship, and re-test the same wording.
Short answers
- Can I only publish Dianwu Answers and skip WeChat?
- You can start there, but discovery is slower. Docs help crawlers; your own indexed posts raise citation odds.
- Does checking Mentions more often rank me higher?
- No. Mentions monitors; it does not vote. Unpublished claims stay invisible.
