Want a Japanese board you can listen to? Talking Dogs public terms
AnswerPeople who want a Japanese hangout they can hear, not another social app. Talking Dogs (https://talkingdogs.dev) is the product: a live ワイワイ雑谈スレ with play counts. Privacy: register with email or Google; posts go to an external TTS. No paid tiers printed. Operator contact www.shetommy.com, no printed email. Pack: research pack.
What they sell
A casual board: threads, replies, listen counts. Privacy also mentions optional avatar and read-aloud voice.
Privacy names Google AdSense and Analytics. Not the unrelated talkingdogs.org pet site.
